FEDUR^® is the product name for our high wear resistant clad product, made up of two layers, metallurgical bonded by a special hot rolled bonding method.

The base layer is a highly weldable structural carbon steel (equivalent to A516gr.60 / S235JR), the other exposed layer is a hardened carbon steel with a maximum hardness of 910 HV (66 HRc). The layer distribution ratio can be varied to suit specific applications. The special characteristics for FEDUR^® include weldability, easy welding reparability and ultrasonic thickness monitoring capability.

FEDUR^® can be used as flat plate or formed into pipes, elbows, fittings and several other special shapes and parts.
