GC Clad Parts has an integrated production facility based in Zierikzee and Kats, the Netherlands. GCC has a wide range of facilities all suitable for cold and hot forming up to 1100 C° of steel and clad steel products.

Cold and hot rolling

    4-roll pre bending machine ( L < 4100mm, D > 700mm, T < 150mm )

Cold and hot bending press
    1500tons bending press ( L < 12.3m, T < 80mm, D < 1150mm)

Cold and hot press
    2500tons forming press ( Stroke < 2800mm, W 3800mm)
    300tons forming press ( Stroke < 1500mm, W 2000mm)

Cold and hot bending
    bending capacity for pipe diameters up to 1800mm, radius starting at 1,5D to 10D

Robot cutting & welding
    3 dimensional CAD/CAM robot cutting, weld preparation and welding
    12m SAW longitudinal welding machine
    13x4m CNC 6 head flame cutting machine

Heat treatment
    Multiple hardening facilities up to 15tons
    Extensive heat treatment facilities for annealing and normalizing
    ( L < 6.0m, W < 14.0m, H < 3.0m, Weight < 15 ton ) 

NDT & DT
    PMI, Macro & Micro hardness, TOFD, RT, MT & US

Hydro testing
    13m hydro testing facility for diameters up to 2000mm
