SITE VISIT In order to review existing drawings and the as build situation, GCC will pay a visit to site or equipment to make an inventory of the pipe line system and the end user list of demands. DETAILED DRAWINGS Once the general layout has been drawn, meetings with the client will lead to an optimized layout with regards to shape, costs, redundancy and feasibility presented in item drawings. ENGINEERING Once the main dimensions have been drawn, each item will be optimized for strength, shape, wall thickness and layer distribution.  Reinforcements and flanges can be calculated separately. PRODUCTION When the order has been granted the plate material will be ordered shortly followed by the manufacturing of flanges. During this procurement phase it is still possible to adopt changes in dimensions and design details. FINAL FITTING Fitting and connecting numerous pipes into a complete pipeline system often connected to fixed points like valves, pumps and deck penetrations will inevitable lead to fitting pipes. GCC offers on site 3 dimensional measurement service and assistance for the fitting of these final pipes. Once the dimensions have been determined, either by measuring or moulding, the end product will shortly follow to provide the missing link in the pipe line system. AS BUILD After completion of a project, item drawings ISO’s and material test reports (MTR’s) will be presented and filed on cd-rom for our end customer in the specified format.
